Group Therapy

2201004301You’ve been thinking about getting help.

You want to open up and share your struggles, but you have concerns.

Naturally, you’re afraid of being judged. Everyone is.

But you also know the power of numbers… and the connection you get from a community.

Group therapy is a powerful resource. It’s probably just what you’ve been looking for.

You’re not the only one.

Anger…

Anxiety…

Domestic violence…

LGBTQ+ support (including allies)…

Life stress…

Male issues…

Many of us need additional support in these areas. Group is where you’ll get that support.

1375900472The group setting is unique.

You’ll see with your own eyes that you’re not crazy!

You’ll see how others are handling the same issues you’re going through.

And you’ll hold each other accountable as you grow and heal.

As the therapist, I only guide the sessions. You, the participants, run the show.

This could be the start of your stop.

And the “stop” here is struggling alone.

In group therapy, you’ll find kinship and camaraderie with others who are going through what you are.

You’ll make connections, establishing a network of support you can rely on outside of the group setting.

This is a great opportunity for you!

It’s easy to get started!

If you are interested in group work, please let me know.

Groups need at least three participants to be effective. You can be the next!
