Our Mission

The mission of the agency is to provide quality mental health care services as well as top notch professional development services for social workers in the field.

My name is Ray Smith, a travel multi-Licensed Clinical Social Worker (home state of MD), also recognized by the National Association of Social Workers as a Qualified Clinical Social Worker (QCSW). Since I was a child, I’ve always had compassion for others around me. As to be expected, this has naturally driven me to the helping profession, where I strive to help individuals live through their struggles, seeking to experience life to its fullest potential.

Maybe it’s anger and communication issues? What about low self-esteem? Possibly it’s depression and anxiety. What your need, come with us me on a journey to dive into these challenges and find resolve.

My Style

My treatment approach is tailored to your specific needs that will be sure to leave you with skills that will help you with any daily challenges. My primary treatment modality is CBT, but I also use a mix of others as well, as there is no one size fits all approach. The ultimate goal is to provide you with the strength you need to become self-sufficient with circumstances in your life that cause you undue stress.
